In order to insure the blessings of liberty for all Americans,Those same blessings must first be extended to all Americans. Anything less then total equality for all peoples of this great nation is fascism.~Bill Dodson

Yet another Democratic candidate has fallen asleep at the wheel in a special election from Massachusetts. John Kerry’s old senate seat is in play and I am convinced that we can do much better in this race. A poll shows Rep. Ed Markey up by 7 points. Let’s wake up and smell the republican in the race. He is a radical rightwinger who waffles on issues. How can we trust a guy who donated to president Obama in 2008. Gabriel Gomez is a typical republican who will be Mitch Mcconnell’s puppet.
Don’t be foolish and vote for a second Scott Brown.
I’m frankly sick and tired of the political preachers across this country telling me as a citizen that if I want to be a moral person, I must believe in “A,” “B,” “C” and “D.” Just who do they think they are? And from where do they presume to claim the right to dictate their moral beliefs to me?
And I am even more angry as a legislator who must endure the threats of every religious group who thinks it has some God-granted right to control my vote on every roll call in the Senate. I am warning them today: I will fight them every step of the way if they try to dictate their moral convictions to all Americans in the name of “conservatism.” ~Barry Goldwater(R) 1981.
When you say “radical right” today, I think of these moneymaking ventures by fellows like Pat Robertson and others who are trying to take the Republican Party away from the Republican Party, and make a religious organization out of it. If that ever happens, kiss politics goodbye.~Barry Goldwater(R) 1994
Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the [Republican] party, and they’re sure trying to do so, it’s going to be a terrible damn problem. Frankly, these people frighten me. Politics and governing demand compromise. But these Christians believe they are acting in the name of God, so they can’t and won’t compromise. I know, I’ve tried to deal with them.`~ Barry Goldwater.November 1994
I think every good Christian ought to kick Falwell right in the ass.~Barry Goldwater July 1981.

HELLO test test test!
As we can well see from this week the GOP is trying to make Obama look like he is using big government to spy on his enemies. I hope it’s not true as it would be an offense that I would not be happy with. I will not judge anything coming from these scandals. The GOP has cried wolf to many times during the Obama presidency, so I’ll wait it out. I will not vote republican either to punish him or his administration. Voting for the republicans would equal shooting myself in the foot. Please please please let this story develop. The AP spying scandal also looks bad but wait for the news to come out with actual results, until then let’s keep on working hard for our country. Let the proper partisan battle take place………. Never know……
Thanks to Rep. Issa’s McCarthyism hearings on everything that goes on in the Obama Administration, we get to learn about the Benghazi attacks on September 11th 2012. When Issa brings the fringe to his hearings they only make the man look desperate for more attention.
This is exactly why Republicans are on life support for national elections, and this is exactly the tactics they resort to try to fire up their base? The Tea Party has already started to backfire on the Republican Party, and shortly in 2014 if they don’t take the right path towards coming together to help create jobs the American voters will take them to the woodshed in 2014.
Instead of helping the needy in this country, the Republican Party would love nothing more then to destroy the economy, and blame it on President Obama. Why can’t they agree to create jobs in this country. It seems to me that they would rather suck their rich investors toe and not help the country. Remember those Death Panels Sarah Palin said would happen? They are, and they are called Republicans in Congress!
